You dont have any restriction on the number of targets that can be used unless you have any filter conditions that needs to be populated in each source..You can directly connect from the source qualifier or any expression to three targets transformations..Let me know, if my understanding of the question is wrong
You can even use the Router Transformation and point them to the different targets without any condition mentioned in it or just point the source to the different targets to load the data.
